Added radiostations from lifestyle mod (without lifestyle required!)
Added sandbox to radiostations frequencies!

Added checks for using vanilla frequencies occupied by the game. If something happens, a customized error appears in the log (does not interfere with the operation of the mod, but it is advisable to change the frequencies in accordance with the following requirements):
1) Do not use the frequencies of four permanent radio stations: 89400, 93200, 98000, 101200
2) Use a radio station step of 200 (divide by 200 without remainder)
3) Do not set the same frequencies for radio stations.
4) Four radio stations are generated only once for a new game. These frequencies are random. If you hit them, you will receive a corresponding error that does not interfere with the operation of the mod. The log contains information about these four randomly generated radio stations (picture 1). Change to unoccupied.

NOTES:
1) Vanilla has 4 regular radiostation (89400, 93200, 98000, 101200) + 4 random frequince radiostations (generates random per save)!
2) Random MHz frequency stations require player to manually add preset with the correct radio spectrum.
3) However, it should be noted that AEBS and Civilian Radio presets are the only ones that player can find available on pre-placed radios.
