RTB Fairy Fencer F - Ethel

With Recent Stuff that has been happening as of late, RTB left the Workshop and Nuked his Addons with it, including Ethel. Someone has to Reupload it, y'know.

NOTE: If the eye polygons are flickering at certain distances, use the Faceposer Tool and turn ''EyeClashFix'' up until it's fixed.
