Evo State Patrol / Evo Department of Public Safety

This pack is for use with Photon 2.

Features
-Stage 1, 2, and 3 lighting with day and night park kills / Dynamic Variable Intensity patterns
-Brake mode with light shutoff
-Projected lighting
-Horn flash pattern
-Marked, slicktop, and hellcat versions
-Selectable liveries
-Optional equipment
-Interior dome lighting
-Takedown, alley, and flood lighting
-Spawn icons

Recommendations for Projected Lighting
Projected lighting will affect performance. Please note that projected lighting is only on lightbar versions of the cars at this time.
I recommend users to opt into the x86/Chromium beta of Garry's Mod if possible, this can be done by right-clicking the game and Properties>Betas in the Steam library.
For multiplayer users who are experiencing severe performance issues when near projected lighting, check that projected textures are disabled in the Photon 2 settings.

Spawning and Editing
The cars can be found under Vehicles > Astral Emergency Systems in the Q menu. Right click the car to view options.

no, since that is the point of it. You can use stage 2 or 3 or the cruise mode without the park pattern being activated

Those props and skins used to be all we had in Garry’s Mod though, people would use lights or E2 to make the lights flash, this is going back years and years of course
