Cybernetic Creed Now Tolerate AI

Opis
This is a simple mod that changes the Cybernetic Creed Origin to be able to use "Full AI Rights" or "Civilian Rights" in the Artificial Intelligence policy. The new factions that come with the origin should have a approval penalty reduced by half, so -5 approval for servitude AI policy and -10 approval for Full rights AI policy.

The mod changes the AI Policy to allow full rights when the player has the Cybernetic Creed Origin. Any mod that changes the AI Policy or Policies in general may not be compatible.
