Modern Day Populations and Resources

This mod is inspired and built off of:

This mod makes the population and resources similar to modern day, but keeps the same WW2 borders.
Effects of this change:
- Vast majority of resources are in East Asia, especially China.
- Europe and America is much weaker in terms of resources and population
- Less natural rubber, since modern rubber is mainly synthetic

Disclaimers about the resources:
It is based on the Mineral Commodities Summary 2024 from the USGS, Global Steel Plant Tracker from Global Energy Monitor, a couple other supplementary sources, and some personal guesses where information was lacking.
Steel, Aluminium, Tungsten, Chromium, Rubber, and Oil were all taken at face value; the base game merges Nitrates, Copper, Tin, and others into these values, I did not do this.
The total amount of resources in the world stays roughly the same, just their distribution is changed. The exception is Rubber, the amount of Rubber is cut in half due to the modern world's reliance on Sythetic Rubber. I may add synthetic refineries in another update to rectify this.

Compatibility:
Any mod that alters states/provinces will not be compatible. Everything else should be compatible.
