Getting Started
The main point of this event is to clear Nigthhawk's name from all the impostors running around Millennium City.

Short Version is obtaining the following two Dailies:
  • Who is... NightHawk? (Daily) From Defender at the Renaissance Center
  • Franklin Stone's Penthouse (Daily) From Chief Surhoff at the Westside Prison
And complete the Alert call Franklin Stone's Penthouse, and turn in both quest to Defender.

Now for the Long Version.
Who is... NightHawk? (Daily)
You have to be level 10 or Above to start this questline. The first thing you have to do is go to Defender found at Renaissance Center. From here, Select and accept the quest, Who is... NightHawk? (Daily). You are task to find 10 Circumstantial Evidences and 3 Concrete Evidence

Lets start with the Concrete Evidences. The Concrete Evidence can be found in the WareHouse, Lab, And Bank location. Here is a map for reference:

Every 5 minutes, the location rotate to one of these three location. You need to visit each of these location, find the Nighthawk Impostor, and beat him up. Each of the Impostors will drop the Concrete Evidence require for the quest. You can switch to a different Instance/Zone to see if the location you need for the quest is up in that zone or not.

Once you're done with that or waiting for the Location to Spawn, you should be gathering these 10 Circumstantial Evidence. To obtain these, you simply either beat up a group of Flunky in black and grab the Circumstantial Evidence as loot, or you visit a Crime Scene and interact with it. There is an image reference of either of these two option:
Franklin Stone's Penthouse Alert
Once you gather all evidences, go to the Westside Prison ground and speak with MCPD Chief Surhoff. After a few dialogue, you're told to apprehend Stone. If you have completed the quest Who is... NightHawk? before, you will also be able to obtain the Franklin Stone's Penthouse (Daily) from the Chief. Be sure to take that quest. Once the quest indicated that you need to do the alert, queue the alert. You can Queue by clicking on the Franklin Stone's Penthouse Icon on the Alert bar as seen in the image:

Once you're queue, turn to your right and you should see a glowy arrow icon by the vending machine:
Its says to skip the Cutscene and it require 3 Players to say yes to skip it. Do it.

If this is your first time doing the event, you might be wondering what kind of cutscene is there in this Alert. If you really want to see it, you could simply ask the players in the alert, or better, just youtube it. The Cutscene in this alert takes an absurd amount of time, like 10 minutes give or take, and it will lock your mouse into the screen. The Alert only takes 2-3 minutes to finish if the Cutscene is skipped. Most players in this game value their time and just skip it.

At the start of the Alert, you and your team beat up a couple of groups of thugs. You take the elevator and you're greeted with this:
If you're a max leveled character with a So-So gear and build, just take the Hover Disk found in the crate on the left side of the balcony or just fly since this alert comes with a Flight Boost buff. If you're not a level 40 players with a So-So gear and build, there is an option to use the planes. The Heavy Fighter is a Tank, the Medivac is a Healer, and Light plane is the DPS. If you don't like the plane you pick, or you chosen a plane by accident when you're trying to pick the hover disk, just simply fly down to the street and you will be respawned back to the penthouse without the plane. Once you pick your traveling power of your choice, you head to the roof. Clear the roof to spawn the boss, which is a big giant air ship that looks like this.

The boss will always spawn a bunch of laser drones on your location, so you should move out of the way. After a certain amount of time has pass, the Boss will move into a new location, which will spawn a bunch of thugs and an Engineer. The Engineer can heal the Boss, so you should kill the Engineer right away. If you don't kill the Engineer and if your team's DPS output is weak, you will most likely fail the mission via time limit.

This process repeat until he dies. After beating the Boss, you get a reward of 25 Nighthawk Store Favor, an Equipment Kit, Nighthawk's Device Kit, 3 Nighthawk's Talon (Core Mod that boost MA Fighting Claw power). Talk to Defender and turn in your rewards.
