In the real world, diseases (usually) only become deadly because they evolve to defend themselves against things like vaccines and antibiotics. In this unusual scenario, you will try to infect every human with your plague without being noticed. Eventually, no one will be able to tell that your plague is even a plague at all.

Of cource, you could still decide to play this out normally and bring humanity to its knees...

This scenario is not meant to be challenging, and I would love to see someone else do this better, since I have no experience.
