I read earlier that adding more High Command slots doesn't make too much sense due to those advisors being the head of their Respective branches. The way to work around it is by calling them Command & Staff Officers. There are a few ways to implement this in a logical manner that I could go into if there is any interest.
That said I never felt lack in pre-war companies - usually I dont have big choice and most is redundant with those already available Buisiness and equipment company. But changing companies prior researches to gather applicable bonuses adn than back (eg. infantry equipment - firearm) is what bugs me most.
