1. Download latest d3d9 wrapper from there https://github.com/ThirteenAG/d3d9-wrapper
link on right side of page "Releases - d3d9 wrapper v1.58"
2. Unpack archive to main folder of Smash Cars (two files: d3d9.dll and d3d9.ini)
3. Open file d3d9.ini through notepad or other text editor. Change some strings:
ForceWindowedMode = 1
ForceWindowStyle = 2
Save changes
4. Start Smash Cars and have fun :)
p.s. windows size same as resolution of game
