Enhanced Time of Day

The main goal of this mod is to make vanilla-friendly adjustments to 9 of the TOD
Overrides. This excludes Noir and Infrared. I just don't see any reason for me to
change them. This mod was supposed to be scrapped since this just started as an
attempt to fix the character shader bug but I've decided to continue this mod since 
it had some potential and also because I didn't like how the default TODs looked.

The default TODs had this thing going on where they used dark colours for daytime
and lighter colours for nighttime. This was probably done due to gameplay concerns
but this mod does the opposite and leans toward more on the visual side of things.
Take note that I've pushed the colours dramatically (but isn't overkill like the first
version) so the experience may differ depending on your monitor's calibration.

Mod compatibility: All Versions of Saints Row IV

It is required that you have at least set post-processing to low
in your display options as this mod relies heavily on it.

This mod will not work just by subscribing because the game does not
read .todx files inside a custom .vpp_pc file. It only works when
each of the .todx files is placed inside the mods folder inside
the main game directory.

Installation:

1. Download ThomasJepp's Tools (ThomasJepp.SaintsRow-rev133) from Saints Row Mods: https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/minimauls-saints-row-2-saints-row-the-third-saints-row-iv-and-gat-out-of-hell-tools.3188/.

2. Once done, Extract it anywhere you want.

3. Subscribe to the mod via Steam Workshop.

4. Once downloaded, head to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\206420".

5. Search for "Enhanced Time of Day.vpp_pc" and paste it inside the extracted ThomasJepp Tools folder.

6. Drag "Enhanced Time of Day.vpp_pc" to "ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.ExtractPackfile.exe".

7. Open "extracted-Enhanced Time of Day.vpp_pc" and move all of the files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Saints Row IV\mods".

8. Launch the game.
