Infected Vomit Attack for Bile Trolls

This mod simply adds a precursor vomit attack to the Bile Trolls, dealing AP damage and applying an armour debuff for the first 20 seconds of combat similar to the Death Runners' Weeping Blades. The Bile Trolls only have enough ammo for around one volley, but it recharges over time while they're winning in melee and eating victims.

I originally was going to increase their cost, but decided against it for compatibility reasons. Let me know what you think!
