Scarlet Hood

ScarletHood is a Hemomancer, born with a curse to constantly bleed and manipulating his flowing blood to stay alive, refining it for his entire body.

Scarlet's specials damage him every use, while his normals heal him a small amount every hit. Using specials will give you Blood Cells that remove the health cost of specials.

Pop Friction and Nerve Twitch:
Movement option, scarlet slithers along the ground, having iframes as long as he slides, has a long endlag.


Charge Show:
Scarlet will stand in place and charge a small meter beside him, he can spend it on three moves via dropdown

Dexton Crusher: A powerful haymaker that gets stronger and slower the higher the charge, does equal to super damage at level 3.
Neuron Breaker: Dash attack that gets faster and slightly stronger per charge.
Dewton Upper: a DP that deals low damage, level 2 & 3 gain iframes.


FingerGun and Spec Ops:
Stance move which puts you in Gun Stance, guns are chosen through dropdown and aimed via XYplot

Blood Uzi: Fire two bullets, can fire a max of 3 times.
Flesh Shotty: Shoot twice, a melee range burst of blood that deals high damage.
Bone Sniper: A ricochet bullet, needs to opt into the move before shooting.

Brain Launcher: Fires off brain as a homing projectile, explodes after hitting the opponent or a certain period of time passes.
Hand Buds: shoots off hands as mini assists that run around the screen and drill jump to attack.


Flesh of Prometheus:
Places a mound of guts onto the ground that deals Dps to the opponent while they're grounded, also gives a full blood cell instead of 1/2


Slight Twitch:
A long range combo move that gives you the scythe, changing your normal set and leaving you unable to use FingerGun and Spec Ops.
