Interact with the 5 marked things at the accident in the beginning of the game to get

Detective You investigated the crime scene

Drive or walk on the left side of the road to crash into an oncoming car and get.

Bad Driver You crashed into another car

At the cabin, follow the woman screams into the woods, when you reach the spot, you will hear a monster scream, that's when the mimic spawns, shoot him a lot. Headphones help to find the direction of the sound.

Survivor Survive the mimic encounter

Talk to all 9 NPCs (jumpscare at farm, 2 at trailerpark) to get

Talkative Talk with all NPCs

The weird door can be found by going to the left of the accident at the beginning of the game (where you got Detective), it will glow slightly red, interact with it and walk away a bit.

Door You found a weird door in the woods

I've tried the red door three times. At first a static sound played, I got scared and ALT+F4'd.

Second time, I let it play through. I walk away, my character stops moving, static plays and he game simply closes.

Third time, I drive the car over through the trees so I don't have to walk. Touch the door, and it just repeats what it does. I don't think it's "crashing", otherwise, Steam would show the game still running for a second. I think it's intentional.

Just confirmed: you don't need to actually be in a car to get the bad driver achievement; just need to get hit by a car.

Hi Cyberdog, that's normal and what's supposed to happen. It's one of the endings.
