All 24 Slimes for the "Gelatin World Tour" Achievement

Simple guide to obtaining the "Gelatin World Tour" achievement, which requires the player to kill 24 slimes.
Of course there are more types of slimes in the game, but not all of them count. Therefore, I decided to put together this list of the 24 necessary slimes.
Note that I will only indicate where and when the slimes appear, not their abilities, loot or anything else.

1. Green Slime

Spawns in Forest during the day.

2. Blue Slime

Spawns in Forest biome.

3. Purple Slime

Spawns in Forest biome, but does not spawn within 400 blocks of the world's spawn point.

4. Red Slime

Spawns in Underground.

5. Yellow Slime

Spawns in Underground.

6. Black Slime

Spawns in Caverns.

7. Ice Slime

Spawns in Snow biome.

8. Sand Slime

Spawns in caverns of the Desert biome.

9. Jungle Slime

Spawns in Jungle biome.

10. Spiked Ice Slime

Spawns in caverns of the Ice biome.

11. Spiked Jungle Slime

Spawns in caverns of the Jungle biome.

12. Mother Slime

Spawns in caverns.

13. Baby Slime

Spawns right after defeat "Mother Slime".

14. Dungeon Slime

Spawns in the Dungeon.

15. Pinky Slime

Spawns in the Forest, caverns and Underground. It's very small and very rare to appear.

16. Umbrella Slime

Spawns during rainy days.

17. Toxic Sludge Slime

Spawns in Underground and Caverns. Only appears in Hardmode.

18. Corrupt Slime

Spawns in Corruption. Only appears in Hardmode.

TIP: If you choose your world to be with Crimson, you can still cause a part of your world to be covered in corruption and be able to kill the Corruption Slime.
You just need to wait a Blood Moon event and buy "Corrupt Seeds" from the Dryad NPC.

I would recommend you to place around 50-100 mud blocks somewhere isolated and easy to clean. Then, place the corrupt seeds and wait for the corruption to spread and the Corrupt Slime spawns.

19. Slimeling

Spawns right after defeat the "Corrupt Slime".

20. Slimer

Spawns in Corruption and Underground Corruption. Only appears in Hardmode.

21. Crimslime

Spawns in the Crimson. Only appears in Hardmode.

TIP: In the same way that you can kill a Corrupt Slime in a Crimson world, you can do the opposite, however, there is a different way to get the Crimson seed.
If you choose your world to be with Corruption, you can still cause a part of your world to be covered in crimson and be able to kill the Crimslime.
Make a graveyard with your tombstones and place Dryad NPC there. She will start selling Crimson seeds.

Do the same thing as the "Corrupt Slime" topic and wait till the Crimslime appears.

22. Illuminant Slime

Spawns in Underground Hallow. Only appears in Hardmode.

23. Rainbow Slime

Spawns during rain on non-Hallowed blocks while the player is in the Hallow (I know, strange).Only appears in Hardmode.

24. King Slime

This boss can spawn if:
♦ there's a player using a Slime Crown;
♦ 150 slimes got killed during a slime rain (or 75 if King Slime was already killed in the world);
♦ at the edges of the map, during the day and only on grass, but it's way too rare.
