Increased Amethyst Unit Cap Per Army

Beskrivelse
Description
This is my first mod so please let me know if there are any issues and I will try to address them.

This mod increases the maximum allowed amethyst units per army from the default 5 to 20.

I recommend pairing it with my other mod:
No Scaling Cost Increase For Amethyst Unit Cap

Edit
Fixed the text in the Amethyst Armoury to state that twenty units are allowable per army.

@Ordo Malleus This mod should always work unless CA changes the unit caps. It is so simple it is basically future proof for the most part, so no need for me to update it. Although I do keep my eye on the patch notes in case they do mess around in this area.

@thedrjayrob there's a wonderful website called google that you can input search queries and get an output of results! give that a shot and you should be able to answer any question you've ever had, including what RPFM is!
