To get to this game mode:
Right click on the game from your library , go to property. In General , select the launch option " Play burning Skies Neon ".

It will Launch another game , play one round . You can just move towards other enemies and cannon shots to die fast or try to make a real run. Once the run is finished the achievement will pop.
