Close to the end of the Game, before you unlock the last Achievement, the Game wants you to hold SHIFT and press the "?" Key; it specifically wants you to press it on the US Keyboard Layout.
That Key is different depending which Layout you have.

To solve the Problem, hold SHIFT and Press the corresponding key from the list below matching your Layout.
