Intro
First thing I thought when booting up this wonderful little game was "damn I wish that I could prevent the bottom of my window being covered by the little goober" and after some brief googling, you can!

If anything doesn't make sense or needs adding, leave a comment and I'll update :)

Hope this is helpful :)

Windows FancyZones
The use of Windows FancyZones within the PowerToys [learn.microsoft.com] application will allow the creation of custom window snap zones, meaning that you can prevent the bottom of an application from overlapping with Rusty's farm.
Installation and configuration of FancyZones
First install the PowerToys app from either the Microsoft store or through their Github page [github.com]. By default, this creates a start menu shortcut for PowerToys.

Once installed, open the PowerToys application from the start menu, and go to FancyZones on the left hand side of the window. Ensure that Enable FancyZones is turned on (I believe that it's on by default)

Click the box labelled Launch Layout Editor and click the blue box in the bottom right named Create New Layout . Name the layout if you wish to do so, and ensure Grid is selected and hit Create . This will then allow you to create a custom snap layout for your display.
- Note that you cannot close the small window that appears when you first create the layout without losing the layout

What I did was first merge the layouts by holding the left mouse button and hovering all the available sections, and then clicked Merge zones which creates one large zone. Then I left clicked to create a horizontal zone and adjusted it so it's size is exactly the same size as Rusty's farm, in my case it was exactly 294 pixels on the second smallest size.
- I'm not sure if this varies by monitor resolution, but the monitor I'm using is 1440p

Then save the layout, go back to the FancyZones menu, and click the pencil in the top right of the newly created custom zone. To ensure the zones are flush, either click the slider next to Space around zones or simply set it to 0.
Using FancyZones
To use FancyZones, hold shift and click and hold the top bar of any window, then drag it to the centre of the screen. A number 1 should appear. Release the left mouse and it should automatically fill the space to the size created earlier, leaving Rusty's farm visible at the bottom of the screen and allowing you to see the bottom of your window.

To allow your monitor to be split into multiple zones while leaving rusty at the top, shift-click within the zone editor and it will create a split. Personally, I've created two zones; one with Rusty's farm at the bottom and a large section at the top to fit one window, and another with Rusty's farm at the bottom and two smaller sections at the top.

Using Windows 11, I have no idea how I can do this by default. I was already using PowerToys for other functions, and this just helped make it even more necessary for me. Thank you for the helpful guide!

@atocannon177 There is a software called Rectangle that might help some, but I don't know if you can customize the specific sizes of the snapping areas

@ByranChung yes, that is correct. PowerToys is more meant for Windows 10.
