How to Upload Your Video
To do this, you will need to wait for a specific time in order to upload your video.

3:00 AM Eastern Time, is the time when you will be able to upload your video to Steam.
Central Time - 2:00 AM
Mountain Time - 1:00 AM
Pacific Time - 12:00 AM

When your time comes, you will only have a few minutes to upload your video(s).

If you do not live in the USA, use this time converter[dateful.com] and I will explain how to use it in the next section.

Enter this information on the right hand side.

Next, enter your own time zone on the left hand side and that time is going to be the time when you can upload your video(s) to steam.

The only thing more inexplicable as this actually working, is that Valve put their entire video infrastructure on YouTube and STILL fails to maintain it

How did you even figure this out? Was it trial and error or is there some unhinged reason this works? Either way I genuinely appreciate it LOL
