NOTE:
While there are other ways of performing No Grenade Fleshpound Takedowns, I'll only be writing a generalized step by step procedure on what I think is the most lenient way (in terms of timing your shots) to perform said takedown. Practical applications of this in vanilla HoE games are few and far between and should only be done as a last resort or as a party trick. All tests were done in a local dedicated server. (HoE, 6p HP)

UPPERCUT:
1. Rage the Fleshpound in 2 consecutive hits at a reasonable distance.

2. Run towards the Fleshpound until breathing distance. Once there, crouch, aim at the tip of its head, and altfire using a Hunting Shotgun.

3. Immediately uncrouch and run backwards afterwards.

4. When the Fleshpound is at breathing distance, backpedal and shoot at the left side of its neck to decapitate or kill the Fleshpound. Depending on the head health, you can either finish it off with a shotgun of your choice or with a Hunting Shotgun.

(NOTE: You need more space just to reload your Hunting Shotgun. Random Movement Speed of Fleshpound may ruin the takedown using said shotgun.)

EXAMPLE 1: AA12 + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 2: Combat Shotgun + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 3: HSG + 9mm Tactical + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 4: M.C.Z. Thrower + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 5: Vlad 9000 + Hunting Shotgun

STANDING:
1. Rage the Fleshpound in 2 consecutive hits at a reasonable distance.

2. Run towards the Fleshpound until near. Once there, wait for the head to come down, then altfire using a Hunting Shotgun.

3. Immediately run backwards afterwards.

4. When the Fleshpound is at breathing distance, backpedal and altfire using a Hunting Shotgun at the left side of its neck to decapitate the Fleshpound.

(NOTE: Not only is it required to use the Altfire of a Hunting Shotgun, you also need more space just to reload it. Random Movement Speed of Fleshpound may ruin the takedown using said shotgun.)

EXAMPLE 1: AA12 + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 2: Combat Shotgun + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 3: HSG + 9mm Tactical + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 4: M.C.Z. Thrower + Hunting Shotgun
EXAMPLE 5: Vlad 9000 + Hunting Shotgun

INFO:
Preferred Equipment
Hunting Shotgun - Necessary for this takedown. Non-negotiable.
AA12 Shotgun - Good firerate, fast holster speed. More control over damage due to tighter spread. (1-2 to Head or 2 to Body)
Combat Shotgun - Good firerate, fast holster speed. High damage compensates for wider spread. (2 to Head)

Random Specimen Movement Speed
Tripwire Wiki:[wiki.tripwireinteractive.com]
"Specimens each have their own speed, which is calculated by multiplying the specimen's base speed with a random multiplier to give it a -10%/10% variation, and then the difficulty multiplier is applied."
These variations will greatly influence how early or late the Fleshpound will arrive.

Player Movement Speed in Relation to Health
v1043 KF Weapon & Zed Stats; p.17:[mega.nz]
Player Movement Speed decreases as health lowers. At certain health values, the player walks slow enough to make 2nd Hunting Shotgun Altfire unreliable.

Head Hitbox Relationship to Hit Rage Pattern
The following affects the timing of the 1st Hunting Shotgun Altfire.

2 Quick Hit Rage - No desync. Lenient timing.

1 Hit Rage, No Predamage - Barely noticable desync. Managable timing.

1 Hit Rage, With Predamage - Noticable desync. Strict timing.

Head Hitbox Relationship to Fire/Flinch While Running
The following affects the timing of the 2nd Hunting Shotgun Altfire. Flinches can result from external damage sources like afterburn and spam.

No Fire/Not Flinched - Misaligned left & forward. Lenient timing.

With Fire/While Flinched - Misaligned left. Managable timing; earlier than No Fire/Not Flinched.

@Randomystick There's a bug that causes Fleshpounds to not only attack players upon getting close but also ruin head hitbox placement during rage animation and flinch animation. The way this bug happens is when the Fleshpound gets hit while being knocked back.

ZED Thrower AltFire and Explosives cause knockback, and there's a case where when M32, M79 projectiles (and similar explosive projectiles) passes through the head, it hits twice, causing the bug. Hand Grenades cause the same problem due to shrapnel projectiles after explosion.

The way this can happen in an actual game scenario is when the Demo or Support knocked back the Fleshpound and a source of damage managed to line up with the knockback (either from another teammate or from you), or the Demo managed to hit the head with his explosive projectiles.

in the standing video, why does the fp just stand there and not attack?

As far as I know, you can enable viewing of head hitboxes in these 2 Testmaps: TheTestmap-2 and SteamyTestMapV3 (the one I used for the guide, best bet is to find a server that runs it). It's part of the mutator that these maps run on which are accessible in the menu.

When practicing this takedown, it's HIGHLY recommended to do it in a dedicated server (not solo or listen) because of the difference in not only how much damage is dealt but also in hitting the head hitboxes. There are plenty of servers you can join for each region which has a Testmap included in the map pool.
