villiago you can't skip the Fox, Amd and the other startup movies by holding enter. That's why this has 251 ratings and not 251 people saying to just hold enter.

Or alternatively you could press and hold 'enter' while the movie is running!

Well that totally did work in removing the movies but did nothing for me being able to get to any startup menu. It just went black as always.

Hope doing this will let me actually play the game. I have been going through hell trying to get this to run and the funny thing is AMD sponsors or backs this game and I can't run it with my RX 5700 XT.

Too bad I have finished the game for the 2nd time and only now I find this post. Those intro movies are annoying since you can't skip them. Even though 2 of them have the nice style of the game itself, that AMD shit felt totally out of place, especially since my computer doesn't contain a single AMD item.

Like, really, the start up time now is "zero" seconds.

@Alienmoon it doesn´t remove the story. It only remove the 20th century fox intro and two other brand intros at startup.

For the first time playing any game, the movies are not too bad I suppose, they aid you to get a better understanding of the story,... however, to be forced to watch the movies time after time when you already know them word for word, It kind of puts a dampener on the game.
