Radiostation Puzzle
Rabbits
  • Park

  • Van's Mansion: kitchen

  • Market

  • Catlady's place

  • Library

After you get all 5 rabbits, give them to the man at the Dark Alley. You will get a magic key, which you can use to skip one lockpicking puzzle and get and achievement.
Yarn Balls
  • Van's mansion: roof

  • Jazz club: after you escape from bouncer

  • Bridge

  • Radio

  • Sister's house

  • Market

I found only 6 yarn balls, but there are 7 storyline Bell & Bones games to play. Don't forget that the BB game at the casino will advance the story independently of the outcome of the BB game. Also, use yarn balls to skip only these BB games:
  • Park, Dark Alley, Van's Mansion, Ramen Shop.
  • Catlady's place and Sisters house.
  • Casino.

I don't know if I missed one yarn ball, or the game has only 6 of them scattered through the map.
