You've probably noticed a strange feature on modern PCs and monitors with frames up to 62. Since the game is created on Unreal Engine 3. The settings that are needed are corrected by simply entering your values.
1. Go to the folder where the game is installed (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\King's Quest\Engine\Config)
2. Let's look at the file called BaseEngine.ini
3. Looking for lines - MinSmoothedFrameRate=22 (here is the minimum frame rate set by the game itself)
MaxSmoothedFrameRate= 240 (here we install the Hertz monitor)
4. Save
5. Launch game.
