Damn you did that yourself? That's pretty sweet. I'll never remember what all planets I've played, I can't even remember which planets I've played since last week

@GoHeadCuz you can find the template on my artwork profile, your Career Stats can be found on the Armory console where you change your weapons, it's the last panel.

For the planets you've done, you'll have to go from memory as there's currently no way to see where you've participated. There's been talk they might add it though, not any time soon though.
