For anyone who has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ performance (fps) in HD2 with a high or even mid end gpu check your gpu clock speed, for me the clock speed was constantly dropping and wouldn't stay at high speed mhz, what i did was forced the mhz to stay at higher clock speed idk how to do that with nvidia maybe msi afterburner but for amd just go into your adrenalin software and then performance tab and set the minimum frequency higher.
