This game has 6 certificates and 6 endings. Some of them are linked together.

If you get through all 6 nights without having all the scraps, the game ends with you failing to reach the requirements in paragraph 4. You are fired after being told you failed to meet the obligations. You do not get a certificate.

If you go through all 6 nights and end with 0 Faz-rating, you get the Mediocrity Ending. You are told that Tutorial Unit is surprised you even managed to get up this morning and are awarded with the Certificate of Mediocrity. This certificate takes precedence over the Bad Ending.

If all 5 animatronics are in your pizzeria by Saturday by means of Salvage, Risk, or Lefty, you will receive the Completion Ending upon completion of Saturday. You get a Certificate of Completion as compensation for burning alive. This certificate takes precedence over the Bad Ending and Mediocrity Ending.

At the end of the day, you have a RISK-1 in 50 (Where RISK is the amount of risk you have) chance of getting a new lawsuit. Each new lawsuit has a severity from 1-10. You can determine severity by the text on the lawsuit. When presented with a lawsuit you have 2 options: Fight and Settle. Settling the lawsuit costs the Severity of the suit x 100. (For example, a severity 1 suit of a 2 day bout of food poisoning costs $100 to settle) Fighting a suit however, costs half the settle cost + $25. (For example, settling the severity 3 of the concussion costs $300 but fighting it costs $300/2 + 25. This amounts to $175. Settling a lawsuit guarantees you will win the suit and never see it again, while fighting has a 20% chance of winning only if you don't get another suit the next day. Due to an error, it's a 16% chance to win a suit if it isn't the first page, and you can't win 2 in a row. If you run out of money fighting lawsuits, you will receive the Bankruptcy Ending and the Certificate of Bankruptcy. Soon after the game will delete your save file due to your inability to not build a death trap.

If you buy the Egg Baby (Data Archive) attraction your computer button turns blue. Turning your computer off and holding left click on it as you turn it on will start this ending. You will see some things you were definitely not intended to see. You will receive the Insanity Ending, the Certificate of Insanity, and an all-expenses paid indefinite vacation to the insane asylum.

The Blacklisted Ending has been the topic of much debate as to how you access it. This has also had the consequence of ruining the lives of AstralSpiff's chat members 2 years ago. The only requirement to receiving this ending is having 50+ total risk after completing Saturday. Nothing else is needed for this. Upon completing this you will receive the Blacklisted Certificate and Ending, as well as the privilege of having your face scrubbed from all the security cameras in your own restaurant. Any documents including your name will also be burned. This ending takes precedence over the Completion Ending and Bad Ending.

This ending is unique in that you don't have to complete the game to get it, you just have to do its requirements. To get this ending, you just have to complete the 3 minigame secrets.

In Fruity Maze, complete the game 3 times. On the first playthrough you will play the normal game. On the second some of the fruits will be replaced by a legless dog, and your character will be crying. After completing the third run the fruits are replaced with flowers, gravestones, and a dog that has been ran over. Spring Bonnie is behind you. the Lightning power up doesn't work this time around, so you're guaranteed to lose. The sounds as time gets below 10 seconds changes to car horns. After you lose, text will appear on the screen stating that your character's dog isn't really dead. He's alive and in a back room. It then tells your character to follow them. You lose the ability to play test the minigame after this.

In Midnight Motorist, during Lap 4, there will be a hole at the bottom. Drive through it to access the secret. You will come across JR's and be told you are not allowed in. Go home and attempt to open the door at the back. After your character says they will find a way in from outside, go out back and see their window is broken. Go to the clearing to end the game. You can still play test the game after this.

In Security Puppet, you will be told to stop a child from reaching the exit. Your color code is Green. Playing the first 3 times will never see your child coming near the exit, a sign of how amazing your skills at protecting the child are. The fourth time you will see your assigned child outside, and in the rain. You are unable to help them. After the 3 kids run away from the exit, you are able to get out of the box and the child slowly fades away. Your puppet character is incredibly stupid and tries to chase the child. They short circuit and continue to chase the child. The child is lying on the ground on the third screen. Move towards it to end the game.

After completing the game, (even including the Bad/Fired Ending) you will get the Lorekeeper Certificate. If you get the Completion Ending, you will see the infamous image of the 5 graves on the hill. If you listen closely, you can hear MatPat crying.
