"During an escape attempt out of City-17, many citizens boarded a blue van, and in the process, it became very battle-scarred. Bullet holes, broken glass, and even a busted engine are present prior to escaping City-17. The citizens photographed are shown relaxing and drinking beer, as some attempt to acquire a radio signal, and one attempts fixing the engine."
