[Kava] Crock Pot Customs

Adds 2 news Crock Pots to the game for everyone, that Warly receives extra bonus. They can not be prototyped.

Crafted at any Celestial Altar, this crock pot is slower than normal (halved for Warly), but recover high freshness of the dish, less spoil effect when not harvest, and can sometimes cook an extra dish (Warly have a double chance).

Crafted at a fixed Ancient Pseudocience Station, this crock pot is quicker than normal (double for Warly), recover a little extra freshness of the dish and spoil little less on crock pot, but many times recycles an ingredient, that back at full freshness (Warly have a double chance).

Mod fully configurable (recipe, materials, bonus, time, perish, freshness, craft station, Warly bonus, can prototype, etc), to achieve better stats and set for end game, or less stats and early game. Or what you want to do.

It will take time to do this, but I want add an unique recipe for each crock pot, and an upgradeable system that improve the crock pot unique bonus. I have other mods in mind to do first.
