Random mode

Opis
Adds a new mode to WindowKill: Random

In this mode your starting character will be random, and 3 random items will be banned

You can also have random modifiers and set it as a timed run

Requires ModUtils

Please allow us to change if the starting character is randomized

Found a glitch in the system.
SINCE you can randomize the time limit, if you set the max to 2 minutes and the minimum to 1 minute, you can basically "cheat" and get the "finish timed mode" badge.

You can actually play it in multi-player. Simply open up the random menu (not in multiplayer) and then instead of picking a character, click multi-player. Going to timed mode in multi-player after doing this kinda breaks some features (such as forcing one of our characters to be nyx), but it was still playable and worked overall.

ModUtils Custom gamemodes for now aren't supported for multiplayer, I will update it when I add support for it
