does the trust from the scug pup reset evey cycle?

@BloodyJamPaws, The bug I mentioned in the description was one that has been fixed in an April patch. I was just very late to removing it here ha ha.

warning this mod breaks friendship mechanic with pups
this mod tames slugpups instantly, but they will still try to run every cycle because the mod considers them tamed with very low friendship. even after removing the mod it takes forever to increase friendship so removing it wont fix running away you may as well find new pups.
due to how this mod works you cant feed untamed pups to increase friendship as it just forces them to instantly be tamed by you. this results in pups with 0 friendship and its very hard to increase it. friendship mechanic seems to get lowered when hungry, causing pupsto try to "escape" from you (going back into shelter or previous rooms) while high friendship pups will always follow. this mod makes it impossible to befriend a pup before taming it. vanilla taming works better, just be sure to feed any pups you find before hibernating with them. don't starve the pup first cycle or you get negative friendship and they're more likely to run from you

its not a bug, when a pup spawns and you immediately grab them their taming system is permanently changed so that when you wake up they dont trust you until you feed them again, when you find a pup give it food or an item and then grab it so it follows you and doesnt run to the nearest cliff (actually they might still do that)

Yeah, I think I've been getting the untamed bug. Because my pup will sleep in the same den with me, and when I take him out of the den to somewhere else, he immediately runs back to the den.
