This is where the cameras are in the HEM Level.
I had a lot of trouble with the last one because its locket in the room you need them to unlock.

Apparently they make breakable windows ”glow”. But that wasn’t enough for me to find it at first.

You can get it if you look at the dot from the number 15 on the map and break the window.

Yes that is number 15 and the one i had trouble with.

i had 14 out of 15 and couldn't find the last one then started tracing the map
turns out there is one in the room that is locked by the quest itself
smash the bright window near the cafe, then shoot the now visible camera
