Build Roof

• You can build a roof without building stairs.
  
• Wood roof is available.
  
• Metal roof is available.
  
• A roof needs something to be attached on: either a nearby roof or a wall/wallframe.
  
• This changes Vanilla 'Build Metal Roof' context menu text associated to building a floor to 'Build Metal Floor'.

• Can be added to / removed from an existing save.
  
• Supposed to work on multiplayer as well as solo (MP untested).
  
• Pillars cannot support a roof, because pillars are evil in curent version of the game.
