Added more options to the vanilla editor.
Not compatible to any mods that override "ISItemEditorUI:prerender()"
Load this at the top load order for maximum compatibility

ended up fixing my load order and switching over to brtias anyway, i suspect firearms B41 and advanced warfare were the culprits

Someone told me so I checked and it is. You could search for "getScriptItem()" and see if there's any subsequent codes that apply default value back to the item.

The mod was "Simple Overhaul: Melee Weapons".

what mod was it? mine seems to be reverting my settings to default, and i've no idea what it could be. My mods list is really large and tinkering with it is pretty painful. Would the automatic modlist sorter help at all?

It is persistent, I've found out I had a mod that keep reverting the settings to default. It is persistent otherwise, just don't turn off your game immediately after changing, it does take time to be saved.

is there any way to make them persistent via modding or otherwise?
btw, what do you mean "reapply" ?
i got mine to save a bit ago but now they're refusing to save again
