You can't play officially through steam but if you join this discord called the RELB project https://discord.gg/yPp5RcfR7n which is trying to bring back the game you can participate in playtests that are scheduled. Hopefully the game becomes available for all soon.

You can also check out their website https://relb.org/ (which just pretty much has a link for the discord).

How about you take the info from the Discord & post here?
Then people can see the necessary steps, to see if worth it against configuration amount/security issues/pay-walling.
Ive still got the files on my HDD from 2018, so hoping wouldnt need to download alot of duplicate data.
