This one can be a bit tricky. You need to brew a Furiously Magical Hurricane Potion. To do this I used 3 Harvest Plumage. Then I went into the Dark Forest, found the Stick house, then tossed the Potion at it. Then Once you pick up the Card the Achievement will pop.
