You have achieved a certain goal, but all of a sudden a certain subquest doesn't trigger? AHHH Plotstopper!

Some Notes:
- for quicker proceeding I have played on "Story" difficulty. Be sure to change this in the settings.
- obviously my savegames will differ from your experience as this is an open world game; yet I have tried to keep a consistency in locations and hopefully it might match yours
- I tried to finish off one village by another; if there were subquest branches leading to other locations I quickly went there to finish off the quest.
- I made as many ministep savegames as possible - if you are missing a quest or step, it's probably because it was relatively minor and quick to finish
- I tried to upgrade as less as possible except some upgrades to help me get through the game quicker or which are needed for quests - they are minor though and you have a full range of items and upgrades to use
- during the play I found out that the Desan rebel goods don't appear properly - they are there though
