Things I want to tell you what I learned while creating the database or from the game itself:

• You do NOT NEED TO add extra ingredients so you can reach a pink rating for normal guests. It either got changed some time ago or somebody or somthing got misunderstood and everyone then thought we need to add extra stuff. Thats why I wanted to make this guide in the first place, because I realize while playing, I never add stuff and still get pink rating sometimes.
  
• While "Goblin" is in the list Customer, has no specific location, he will never be taking into account.
  
• Same thing with "Jiangshi" but in reverse. Since she has every tag, she didn't get any tags assigned in the list, or else it would artificially boost every dish and beverage in the list and it would get mentioned more often then it had to be.
  
• "Dark Matter" is there for fun.
  
• Dishes and Beverages do have some extra attributes assigned like there price or DLC they come from. While I didn't use them here, if you know how to use Access and Pivot Table in Excel, you can also filter them by DLC you have or unlocked them in the first place. Or order them by Price.
  
• Also same with the attribute "Kitchenware", but just pay attantion at selecting them for your loadout.

Ahh yeah. And SPOILER for everything that I will mention from now on.

I wanna tell you some tips for selecting your stuff and explain some other stuff:

• Now that I have all DLC dishes available, I am going to make a second section with Menus without DLCs. For players who only have the base game
  
• When I say "Stuff" from now on, it will mean "Dishe and Beverage". Because I am lazy at writing it. But I will specifically mention them if needed.
  
• In the list, I will put in for every Izakaya, it will show different "Stuff", according to how many Tags they cover in that specific Izakaya. And the higher the number, the more it covers.
  
• While you could just select the top eight "Stuff" in every list and call it a day, you have to know that sometimes, not every tag will be covered by the top eight, this goes particularly for "Beverages" with the tag "No Alcohol". Didn't playtest it. So you have to test it yourself. You will know it when they order Green Tea. And same goes for Dishes that are above average Expensive, since they usually have more tags
  
• Tip when you already unlocked Yuuma Toutetsu: always add the most expensive "Stuff" you can afford to offer in your menu. Since her spellcard will just make everyone order just that. So good way of making good cash.
  
• I printed the list into .pdf and then converted into .jpg. I will only show the first page that shows all the Beverage and the Dishes that fits into the first page. The pages are ugly enough. (Imagine having black paper)
  
  
• Usually, you just go through the list from top to bottom and skip the "Stuff" you didn't unlocked yet or just don't put into your menu for any reason.

Didn't playtest it, but on paper it should work and give you most of the time a pink rating, if not, try to replace it with something different also.

And sinc this is the "no DLC" section, getting a pink rating is going to be harder so yeah, keep that in mind.

Also, "Stuff" with the same number have to same amount of tags covered, so you have the choice of which one you want. Or just take all of them.

Also also, I am to lazy to make the table manually here on steam, and dont want to enter every single thing.

I will show the Menu without DLC first

You can just ignore from here on. But if you are interested and want to use it yourself. Sure.

DISCLAIMER: You can't share a link for Access. So tutorial is actually useless now. Or you just make your own database. Just don't want to delete this now because of my wasted time I invested here.

First I made a database with all the stuff I need:

Starting by entering all the informations we have/ want/ need.

The customers,

the "Stuff"

and the other "Stuff"

As already mentioned, we don't need everything. But it's nice to have those if you want to do some more filtering and order it by somthing like the price.

Then you need to make your relationships that looks like this:

The important stuff should be at the bottom. There you get your filtering.

• Customer Name: Don't realy need it. You can search for a specific customer by entering there Name into the "Criteria" cell
  
• Targeted Location: Put in the Location you want to have.
  
• Beverage: If you want the table with the beverage, check its boxes (in the screenshot, the unchecked one).
  
• Dishes: Same as the Beverage
  
• Just remember that you either check the box from the dishes, or the beverage. Not both at the same time, or it won't work.
  
• The criteria in "Tag.Value" compares the tags from the dishes with the preferred one of the customer. For every matching tag, it will get mentioned once. Same with the beverage.
  
• If you want to filter it my somthing of your choice, click onto the attribute you wish to filter by (ex. DLC in dishes.) Then put in the criteria you want. Like "2" for only giving out dishes from DLC 2.

You will get a table where everything will get listed.
Here you can see "Unzan Cotton Candy" getting mentioned twice because of the tag "Fruity" and "Sweet". And this goes on for everything else

Then you just copy everything and put it into Excel to make a Pivot Table, while counting the amount dishes that got mentioned multiple time.

Can't share the Access one for some reason, so you only get the Excel one
