Is there any way to remove artillery completely? I don't even want to see the circles. "just avoid it" ok yeah its super annoying though.

Thanks, I honestly hated the artillery mechanic in the game it was very odd.

Used this for a singular mission, because AI allies are absolute garbage. Needed to defend a garrison from 20+ mechs, with a dozen or so artillery surrounding the base. I could take the Arty myself, only for my lance to ignore my orders to attack the mechs. Or I could defend the base, for them to fail to take out even one of the undefended guns. Wanted a mod that would make them actually follow orders, but this will do

So use a LIGHT MECH or send an A.I in a light mech to attack the arty positions so you don't have to since the arty would JUST be shooting at you anyway.

... its that its annoying that i have to saunter my 100 ton mech 2 miles to reach the artillery then walk back to the base that i need to cap

I agree, but it was a request I could easily fill, so I did.

Who can't avoid arty?! Seriously! It's easy, even in a slow assault mech. DON'T WALK IN A STRAIGHT LINE. Walk in a meandering, side to side pattern (like a snake). This causes the arty to spread out more and not cluster onto you. Takes more time to move around but I rarely take any arty hits and those that do manage to hit me do minimal damage. People need to cry less and start thinking smarter.
