the reason i didnt add portal and other sourse engine games is because the ducks dont Overlay with sourse games.. so yeah.
these are my opintons and this is just some ideas, try whatever
spoilers: there are more ducks then the ones that are choosable

minecraft is a first person game, so the ducks get in the way of the game and make it harder to play, and they dont fit with the astetcic of the game

they are hard to play with the ducks getting in the way of the crosshair and stuff...

they are very laggy and hard to play with ducks, but at least the duck wont stop you from clicking, as there is a couror

Stuff like web browsers and unity editor. the mouse is the normal mouse and with no game, the duck cant get in the way!

i havent played this game, but it seems fun to cook ducks cook with ducks!
