Not gonna lie, Ive been playing this game off and on for almost 20 years on the PS2. Today was my first time on PC and this mission took like 3 tries. Controls are a little weird for the heli but its really not that hard. Just keep trying

Problem with the mission is understanding that gunshots and melee hits on your RC helicopter are what you need to avoid, plus the fact that the blades can kill enemies somehow? Lmao, it's not weird that people fail this mission
