In the game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt there are 3 endings for the Blood and Wine add-ons:

• Anna and Sianna are alive. In this ending, everyone survives, we receive a reward from the Duchess of 5000 coins, as well as all the general respect from all of Toussaint for displays of heroism.

• Anna is alive. Syanna dies. This ending is bad, because although Geralt solves the problem with the beast, he does not fulfill Anna’s wish to save his sister and we are sent to prison, but our bard is ready to save us from the scrape.

• Anna and Syanna die. This ending is also bad, but given that Anna dies at the hands of her sister Syanna, although Damyan manages to kill Syanna, the duchess cannot be saved.

To get this ending you need:

• During the quest "The Long Night" do one of these two options:

1.Follow Damien's squad and find Syanna, and begin the quest "A Long Time Ago"

2.Choose Orianna’s force method and begin the “Call of Blood” quest, but tell Regis at the end that you have changed your mind.

• During the quest “A Long Time Ago,” take Syanna’s Ribbon from the merchant girl.

• During the quest "A Long Time Ago", listen to additional dialogue from Syanna to learn more about her life and express sympathy. (The love scene and its accompanying dialogue do not affect our ending options.)

• During the Ceremony quest, agree to find out the fifth victim. Complete all side quests to unlock dialogue with Syanna.

• When talking to Syanna during the Ceremony quest, guess her true motives (option three) and convince her to try to forgive Anna.

• At Syanna's trial during the Ceremony quest, seek mercy and forgiveness.
  

To get this ending you need:

During the quest "The Long Night" do one of these two options:

Choose Orianna’s force method and begin the “Call of Blood” quest, but tell Regis at the end that you have changed your mind.

During the quest “A Long Time Ago,” do not take Syanna’s ribbon from the merchant girl. This will cause Dettlaff to kill Syanna.

You will end up in prison, but later you will be saved by your trusted bard friend.

To get this ending you need:

In the quest "The Long Night", choose to look for the Hidden One.

Skip the conversation with Syanna before the ceremony.

After the Duchess rewards Geralt, Syanna will appear in court and try to kill her sister. Damien will be able to shoot her in the neck with a crossbow, but it will be too late - Duchess Anna will die.
