In this guide, I want to talk about some of game mechanics, in which I found a vulnerability that can be used to simplify your run.

Analysis of some game mechanics
1) Walking diagonally is faster than walking straight.
I do not know what this is related to. Perhaps this is how GODOT engine works when moving up or down, character moves faster than to right or left. Perhaps because of this, moving diagonally is faster than moving straight.

2) Raising level of equipment is more effective than raising level of a character.
This is because when a character raises his level, level of enemies increases according to character. After all, no matter how many times I would die or be reborn, going through story mode and raising my level, I did not feel that I was superior to my enemies, but rather opposite, each time it became more difficult to pass one or another section.

3) It is more important to deal more attacks than increasing damage of each attack.
This statement was due to fact that attacking enemy with ordinary character attacks turns out to be slower than attacking enemies with items like Pebbles or BL Books.

4) To simplify your run, it is worth equipping items that are stacked according to effects.
My favorite build is for durability. It consists of Headphones, Breastplate and Elven Shoes.

5) Unlike other characters, La+ final strike in combo does not depend on hitting opponent.
You can strike two times hit the idle and strike a third at a crowd of opponents, while hitting them three times at once and knockdown them.

btw walking diagonally being faster is just a thing that is often overlooked by newer devs by simply forgetting to normalise movement

I believe it is a function in godot also

There's a secret effect for Nice Hat, Fancy Coat and Trumpet, if you equip all together.
