Hi! Just noticed i missed that line on the guide, thanks for pointing it out.

Throw Research is unlocked by clearing any stage as the Fast Food Specialist chef, which is unlocked by clearing stage 5 with any other chef.

How is the "throw research" unlocked? I managed it random in a playthrought but can´t find it anywhere.

another one i found, careful cooking level 10, masterpiece
10% chance when finished cooking that it is served to all guests immediately

here's some i have that can help, unfortunately it doesn't tell me values from the guide menu.

cooking training 10 - culinary master, cooking speed increases and instant cooking chance (think its 30%)

delivery robot - adds 3 delivery robots that move completed recipes to serving tables. levels increase its speed by 3 up to 30 at level 10. level 10 replaces them with drones that fly and can move ingredients as well.

portal level 10, creates 4 portals that can be used by an unlimited number of clones at once.

mass cooking level 10, 100% chance to get an extra dish and all dishes start with a few servings

speed up serving level 10, chance to not consume a serving when serving (ticker doesn't go down)

the ingredient from max level cooking training is mushroom.
