Originally found on Garrysmod.org; leaves a run-down apartment in 2007, at least you actually got to rent the building for five cents. And having a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ TV Box with no channels on it that only broadcasts stupid as hell sitcom shows every now and then.

Kudos to the original owner of this map that never uploaded it to Workshop. I will have to upload it here.

You need to have CSS and EP2 mounted for sure to have this work with all of the materials and models it has. So yeah.
