There are 2 cones at T-spawn.


Another 2 cones at the corner.


3 easy-to-miss cones on the way to B stairs from T-spawn.


A further 3 cones above T-spawn, left of the entrance to middle.


A lonely, singular cone at middle.


Another cone, all on their lonesome, on the entrance from CT-spawn to B site.





B site is the holy congregation of the most perfect cones to flip. Tempting and teasing, begging to for their tips to be lightly caressed by the bullet from my USP-S.


3 cones at stairs to B. One cone has unfortunately already fallen, making him a USELESS and WORTHLESS cone that provides close to NO flippability.


3 cones in a group, together in the elevator shaft outside A ramp.


A solitary cone at the bottom of A ramp.


Another cone, all alone at the turn on A ramp. Maybe it's soulmate is the cone at the bottom of ramp. Forever just the perfect grenade's blast away.


6 (SIX!) cones aligned along the edge of A site.


Another lonely cone on A site. Who knows how many times she has been thrown off of the map due to the bomb's explosion.


A cone couple just outside the CT boost spot to ramp. They are adorable.

That's it for cones within the playable area. This would bring us to a total of 35 cones.

There are 3 incredibly sneaky cones hiding above the Terrorists above the route to B stairs.


There are 4 cones outside the playable area near A site- these cones interest me the least. They are still beautiful though.


A lonely, yet perhaps content, cone above ramp at A site.

All together, this would bring our total Cone Count to 43.

You'll know that Valve considers these to be "Warning Barrels".


While I personally consider it an INSULT to think of these as Glorious Cones- if we were to add them to the count, then we would arrive at a total of 50 Cones.

In my journey to find the number of cones on Vertigo, many things have happened to me. I have come to realise that each cone deserves all the respect we can give. They exist solely for us to be silly with, and I'm thankful for that. If you skipped all the way down to here to find the number- I consider it to be 43 cones.
