It's lights are animated (but not glowing sadly) and as a bonus i included a entity version that plays in-game police radio, Entity located in "Entities > Cry of Fear".

All the contents in this addon belongs to Team Psykskallar, i just ported the model to gmod (and spent time trying to make the entity work).
