Just as a heads up in case it wasn't obvious. This guide will be one giant spoiler, the best way to experience it is to just play it through a couple times. However if you're having trouble with certain anomalies or are just trying to finish up the achievements then hopefully this will be helpful.

One of the first things you'll see when exiting the doorway is a poster on the left. The change is pretty obvious here if you check in on it. The kids faces turn into skulls and other weird creepiness. The text along the top also changes.


The next picture you'll see on the left wall is of some random dudes on a hunting trip or something. Its also pretty obvious here, the guy in the bottom middle row gets a weird werewolf-esc face.


The third picture you'll see upon entering the hallway will be on the right, it shows a man with his freshly hunted deer. Behind the man, 2 cyclops ghost entities will appear.


The first picture on the right after you turn into the next hallway is of an old couple holding some sort of gold object. The old lady will be holding a pig's head and a bowl of blood while the old man holds a skull.


Along the left wall at the end of the hallway right before you get to the desk there is a picture of a boy looking up at a bear. If you walk by without looking closely it can be easy to miss. The bear's head gets a bit smaller and its mouth opens along with glowing eyes. The text along the bottom also changes.


Directly to the right of the previous picture is a man handing some weird object to 2 children. This one can be easily missed if you don't pay attention. The old man's face turns into a skull. The text along the top also changes.


{This one I ended up missing while making this guide so pay close attention} The very final picture right next to the exit door is of a man standing in front of a wall with lots of weird creepy things on it. It seems like the man's face changes along with a weird demon thing crawling out of the bottom left.

The first exhibit you will see directly to the right of the entrance will be of 3 deer. The middle deer will be standing upright with its mouth opening and closing as well as shaking its head lest and right.


The second exhibit on the right is of 3 bears. This one is basically impossible to walk by. The middle bear changes into a more humanoid stance and it will be crushing a bloody skull on the rock.


Along the left wall is an exhibit with 4 foxes and 2 crows. The bottom left fox will lose its coloration and become grey, its mouth will also be moving open/closed.


Along the left wall, the 4th exhibit will have 2 boars and some bunnies. The boars will both change appearance and there will be giant maggots coming from their bodies.


{Water in picture from Hardcore mode} Along the right wall at the right before the turn is an exhibit with 4 wolves eating a deer. This one will be unmissable. All of the wolves change into werewolves, 2 eating a carcass, 1 in the background and the one up front is dancing.


{Water in picture from Hardcore mode} Right after the turn, the first exhibit on the right is of 2 lions hunting a zebra. The zebra changes into what looks like a white plastic horse wearing an odd gas mask.


Around the corner, the first exhibit on the left will be bigfoot. You will hear it before you see it, bigfoot will be hitting the glass and when you get far enough away he will chase you so be careful.


The second exhibit on the left is of a goat teaching a classroom on bunnies. The goat teaching the class will turn demonic and move to the center, the bunnies should also be vibrating.


The last exhibit on the left will be of a man standing by a bee farm. The man will be sitting on the ground instead of standing, he will be bloated from the swarm of bees around him.


{Water in picture from Hardcore mode} This is the same exhibit as the previous picture. The security guard will be missing from the hallway and will be sitting on the left wall appearing to have offed themselves.


The last exhibit on the right is also the biggest one showing a woman surrounded by sheep holding a lamb and a man to the left surrounded by pigs. The woman will appear demonic and killed the lamb she was holding.

Right before the turn of the hallway, there will be a chimp head mount on the left wall. The chimp will be opening/closing its mouth, shaking its head left and right as well as have a bloody nose.


After the hallway turns, on the left wall there should be a tiger head mount. The tiger's head will completely change into what seems to be a Wendigo.

At the turn of the hallway at the edge is a grizzly bear. The bear will be holding some sort of red gem and it will jumpscare you when you get near it.


At the turn of the hallway, in the corner is a moose. The moose will be peeing.


Right as you take the turn into the next hallway, the first showcase box on the left usually has a penguin in it. The penguin will turn into a woman staked on a pole and she will move around very slightly.


After the turn into the next hallway, along the right wall will be a display case with some human bones inside. This one should be unmissable. The human hand will move its fingers back and forth along the bottom of the case, making a loud scraping sound when passed by.

Impossible to miss, upon leaving the door the entire room will change, do not step off the path and be careful of the weird alien frogs.


Right before you turn into the second hallway there will be a bench on the left (under chimp head mount). Underneath the bench a weird burnt goblin will appear be laying there.


Right at the corner of the 2 hallways meeting, if you look up at the ceiling next to the light fixture, there will be text and an image saying "Look back!"


At the start of the round a giant swarm of rats will spawn from the exit door and slowly run toward you.


At any point along the hallway, a security guard will walk up to you and follow you around. Make sure to always check his back because his back is ripped open and you will see flesh and bones.


At any point along the hallway, a security guard will walk up to you and follow you around. There is absolutely no way you could miss this. The security guard turns into a chimp with messed up feet.


The security guard will become a creepy monster and start teleporting around with a knife. He will eventually start chasing you and kill you.


At the very end of the hallway is a reception desk. Behind the old woman is a fox plushie and it will change into a weird spider fox hybrid, it moves its head around.


{Water in picture from Hardcore mode} Also at the reception desk at the end of the hallway. The old woman will become creepy and elongated with bulging eyes and weird hands. A sound will also be playing when you get near it.


At the reception desk there will be a sign saying "Taxidermy Museum" behind the old lady. The sign will change to say "Torture Museum."

At the very end of the hallway the second to last light will change. The light will have a bone jaw holding the bulb and the metal design turns glowing red.
