The war has raged on for years, and more developed countries in the western world have engaged in more conflicts and wars, which has forced them to entirely pull their troops that they sent to help you, out of the region! You've essentially been forced to clean up a mess that they never fixed, and if the omni-present insurgency that's already embedded in the region wasn't bad enough, on top of all this, you have a dam to fix! Thankfully they weren't ALL useless, as they had funded some initiatives!

Although you can quickly get a couple troops out to help initially, when the fighting comes, you'll very likely need to call in PMC's to assist you in winning the fights while you train more soldiers, the insurgents WILL overwhelm you if you don't keep on top of them.

A couple of extra initiatives have been added (Primarily in the Military but a couple have been added in the Government tab, specifically under anti-corruption and policing) to help you wage the war you'll be fighting soon!
