You probably want to replay the game, but when you restart you can't replay the whole vn, uh-oh! Don't worry, i gotchu ;)
It is very simple, according to the manual in the files:
"To delete your save data,
navigate to %username%/nitroplus/appdata/roaming/nitroplus and delete the
“totono” folder."

That's it !
