Create a simple house on the beach where the angler will move in. then add and enchanted sundial and a bed.

Here are the steps needed after gathering all the gear from the previous section:
1. Get quest from The Angler
2. Get to the location of the fish from the quest (and build a fishing spot if needed)
3. Catch fish from the quest
4. Use the Shellphone to return home
5. Claim quest rewards from The Angler, If you get the achievement, then exit the loop, if you haven't then proceed to step 6
6. Throw away all the useless garbage The Angler gave you
7. Try and use the Enchanted Sundial, if it speeds up time till morning, return to step 1, If it doesn't do anything, proceed to step 8
8. Sleep in the bed until morning (4:30)
9. return to step 1

after hours of doing this eventually you will get one of the easiest achievements in Terraria!!
